yeah, PFAS/PFOS and other things like that are really scary. thinking about it really put me on edge for a while several years ago. dupont is evil.

I just don't drink tap water, anymore. Pipes that go in house were replaced for plastic ones.
I'm buying filtered minimum mineralization natural soft water from underground , consuming around 1,5L per day. And it's feels healthy.
Also sad I dn't have enough money for fitoestrogens, I really like flax & soy. They are more healthy that meat that had covid plus constantly injected with antivirals, antibiotics, hormones, steroids. And it's just inhumane to consume meat. Ape's weren't meat eaters.
