well technically yes but practically no because most industries aren't as hard to enter as you think and the moral sidestep isn't as profitable of an angle as you'd think either really. the way the economic classes are fractured is in such an overarching way that you can basically start buying and selling everything at a per-item-profit scale but the majority of the profits driven businesses are, at a fundamental level, something that's broken down to net worth and time.
