Give me one reason not to go vegan
>>9951 (OP) It's inconvenient
>>9952 That's true. The hardest part would be forgoing dairy products, and I also love the taste of fresh fish. Have you ever have a salmon filet that was grilled, frozen, and then left to dethaw as a nice cool treat? It's unmatched. Lidderly.
>>9951 (OP) meat tastes good :)
>>9955 So does other alternatives, your argument?
>>9956 i, um... well... F-FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!
>>9956 yea but meat better
i recently saw a vid where a fitness guy went vegan for s month. apparently it's veryvpossible to get the protein, the hard part is d3 b12 and omega-3. i've been considering going vegetarian though i can't afford meat anyways
Why not just be vegetarian? I wonder how hard it is to put on muscle as a vegan.
>>9988 Because milk and eggs still require animal exploitation.
>>9986 >omega-3 Flax seed is a good source of it. The other two probably need vitamin supplements tho
>>9956 I wouldn't say these alternatives are actually 'good'.
Theres no vegan mcdonda
